It doesn’t long to get things happening once you set your mind to it – and that’s precisely what happened when Connection Matters Radio (CMR) introduced a daily 30-minute COVID-19 Bulletin.

Commencing on Tuesday the 4th of August at 4:30pm, CMR’s Charles Pakana will be broadcasting live from the 3KND studios, keeping community up to date with what’s happening at all levels in regard to Victoria’s State of Disaster COVID-19 situation.

From the time of concept through to going live, the daily program took only 33 hours. That includes organising a time slot in the station’s programming schedule, requesting – and receiving – community suggestions and feedback, organising interviews, editing, preparing intro and outro, then going to air.

A huge thank you to the team at 3KND who agreed to including the program in the station’s programming schedule.
